I THEN ASKED TO BE TRANSFERED TO THE LADIES DEPT, SHE TRANSFERS ME TO A FITTING RM. I PHNED BCK AGAIN TO ASKS TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER FINALLY THE MANAGER ANSWERS. I TLD HIM THAT IM LOOKING FOR A LADIES ADDIDAS EXPLAINED TO HIM VERY NICELY THAT ITS A BLACK WITH PURPLE STRIPE IN A NEO ADIDAS BOX, I GAVE HIM THE SKU NO. OF THE PINK PAIR AND TOLD HIM I WANT THE BLCK PAIR. HE TELS ME "YES HIS LOOKING AT IT NOW" I ASKS FOR A SIZE 7 HE SAYS HE WILL KEEP IT FOR ME I MUST COLLCT AT CUST SERVICE.WHEN I GT THRE FOR MY TAKKIE IT WAS THE WRONG TAKKIE THAT HE HAD PUT ASIDE FOR ME, I WAS SO ANGRY AND DISSAPOINTED BECAUSE I DRVE ALL THE WAY FRM CPT TO PAROW TO GT IT. WHEN ASKED TO SPK TO HIM, HE WAS "BUSY" BUT THE STORE WAS CLOSED ALREADY. 5 STORES DDINT HAVE MY SIZE I EVEN PHND FASHION HOTLINE TO REQUEST ONE FROM JHB OR DURBAN AND HAVE IT SENT TO CPT BUT I WAS TOLD THAT I MUST PHONE AROUND AND FIND OUT IF THEY HAVE .WHY MUST I AS A CUSTOMER PHONE AROUND ASKING WHO HAS THE STOCK AVAILIBLE, WHY IS THERE A FASHION HOTLINE THEN?
