Nine West
Poor quality

I purchased a pair of black pointy pumps on 1 July 2013. And the heel is already completely warn right down to the. When I took them back to the store I was told this was due to normal wear and tear. I find it hard to believe that Nine West shoes are only meant to last 3 and a half months.
Highly annoyed and disappointed at the poor quality of Nine West shoes.
