Okay here's my side of the story so lets see what takealot replies.

On 25 Jan 2013 I ordered a book from takealot, A memory of light UK edition, order number 1020181.

I spoke to a woman Marietjie via email who told me the order is still on track. They delivered on 15 Feb 2013 earlier than expected. But what they delivered was A memory of light US edition. Same book yes but the cover artwork is different. Now the US edition is R290 where i paid R366 for my book. I complained via the website but can't remember who contacted me. I told the person about the mishap and they said no sorry their records show I ordered the US version, well my conformation email shows UK so who changed it and how can they be allowed to just change an order? They gave me a credit for the difference between the books so okay, and then said the UK edition won't be available in my region (SA) until end of the year. I call that because browsing the website the UK book now shows as in stock and available form CPT and JHB!!! And now trying to go back to check my order online the order isn't there anymore what the!
