I am so upset in Game Cresta Service.

First of all we wait by the Gardening Section for almost 30 minutes before a Sales consultant comes and help us. Not only does he have this bad attitude, but they also don't have any stock of the Southern Cross Lawnmower parts, but they sell the Lawnmower. Pls explain how that works. The consultant does not offer us in any further services just puts his shoulders in the air and walks away. We then proceed to the Manager, but his attitude is even worse than what the consultants attitude was. He gives us a piece of paper, telling us to write down our details but not sure if he will get parts for the Lawnmower, they do not ask if maybe they can sell us a new one or anything just give the details and we will see. I am so disappointed in this bad service, we always supported Game for whatever we needed but after this bad experience I am not to sure anymore. I have never had such bad service.
