Never gets back to his customers

I went to Makro capegate on 26 of October to buy a samsung wb200 white camera. I was advised that they are out of stock after waiting 30 minutes for them to check stock. I phoned that monday and spoke allen who advised that the stock will come in the week. He never followed up with me and I had to phone him the entire time, left messages wich he never returned. To today I still have not received a call to update me and it is now already pass the weekend!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!
