The Shelf Packer Drove Over My Toe with Trolley

One of the shelf packers drove over my toe with the trolley fully loaded with groceries. My toe nail is split in half. Trails of blood was dripping behind me. Only after my husband called the manager did she offer me a single plaster and that's it.

Honestly? The staff were walking around in groups hanging on each other talking laughing and this is the demeanour in the store. I cannot believe that something like this is allowed and that people get away with things like these.

Please advise of how I can take further action.
