After laying a complaint at Simba customer care in October 2012 and various follow-ups, no response has been received from Simba.
We have a full box of Simba crisps, (42 packets) all not sealed as a manufacturing defect.
holding on the telephone for customer care for 30 min is not acceptable.
i am sure Willard's will appreciate the business.
