Stale Kreoles Chips

As per below details, I reported a complaint to the Simba customer email address on the 25th of Nov 2012. About 2 weeks later we received a call from a Lady promising to get back us. It is now the 29 Jan 2013 and Simba's response is as Stale and Out of Date as their chips.

MY ORIGINAL EMAIL SENT TO SIMBA:
"... On hearing that the Kreols chips was going to be sold again my wife and I were looking forward to tasting this childhood favorite.

We bought 2 packets from Checkers-Fourways this Saturday. What a HUGE disappointment as we feel totally duped.

The chips has a similar smell but was not the same. It no longer has the Strong flavor and taste. It used to be a potent deep sourish taste but now tastes like old expired tin fish.

When you advertise that you bring something back by popular demand, bring back what we wanted, don't change the recipe. In fact the person who authorized that this horrible imitation be sold should be fired.

We feel cheated and misled, I want my money back. Feel free to pick up the remaining 1 and 1/2 packets of chips from my home..."
