ALWAYS out of Stock

MAKRO Strubensvalley NEVER has Stock even though on their website under their "Check Stock" section it states that they do have stock, Remove the "check stock" function or just update the systems atleast.

in Dec 2012 i wanted to buy a biltong maker, after checking the stock on their website and driving 50km to buy the item i was informed at the outlet that there is no stock. the small applaince manager took my details and said she would call me the folowing day to tell me where they do have stock. its Jan 2013 and Im STILL waiting for her call!

on 16/01/2013 i checked the stock on their website for the Seagate 2TB Hard Drive deal that they advertise. After yet again driving 50km and finally got to the store, Yet again i was told there is no stock!

Im furoius, Why then have this function of "check stock" and when you get there they dont have stock? I feel like Makro has done nothing to assist me in this regard and its not like i live around the corner!!!

I want better service from Makro!
