Bad service

I bought 4 dresses from Jet Cresta. I need one more. But it is impossible to get one. The email address on the website is useless. They don't reply.
Then I tried to call them. I called Cresta, Clearwater and Keywest. They were all confused with what I am looking for. After explaining very nicely to them what I want, they finally went to the floor to look for it. Then after holding for about 10 - 15 minutes, the phone was either put down in my ear, or they just couldn't give me an answer.
The people answering the phones, spoke so soft and mumbling, I could not hear them clearly.
Customer service is definitely not at the order of the day!!!
