I went to Westgate CNA about 3weeks ago to buy a color cartridge for my Lexmark printer and the lady told me that they only have the black cartridge where I asked her if I could order it for her and so she said that they don't stock it. She offered to call Keywest CNA to find out if they have it which they didn't. I started calling around to find one. I spoke to a guy at Weltenvreden Park CNA and he said to me that he will call around to find one for me and if he can't he will order one for me and that he will get back to me in a weeks time. About a week later I had to call him back and he told me that he is waiting for it from Cresta CNA and that if they don't have it that he will order it. A week later he didn't get back to me so I went to Cresta CNA where the lady told me that they don't have it and that it can't be ordered. I called Wentenvreden Park CNA and spoke to the guy and he said that he did put in the order but it is not there yet so I ask him to do a follow up and he ask me to hold on while he finds out what is going on. I was holding for about 10 Minutes and the phone call just ended.
