2 Weeks and no delivery

I have ordered two games from CNA, although the one is on pre order I have not received any communication from them regarding delivery. the other game is in stock why can you not deliver that game so long. this is extremely frustrating!

this must be the worst communication I have ever received from a store!!! considering not buying from them again.
