Mold on foodstuff complaint not being dealt with

I brought it to the attention of Weigh-less that there was a moldy wrap in the packet I bought from Pick and Pay on the 13th September 2013. I lodged a website complaint on the 15th, but no response. I also lodged a complaint with their manufacturing company. They did not respond at all to my complaint! Very poor after sales service.
