BAD SERVICE EVER!!!

I made an online enquiry on 30 Oct 2013 to sell my TV to you, I got a response via email from Johannes and replied to him with the specs of the TV and even emailed photos confirming model and serial numbers to him but he has not replied to me to date. On Saturday I called the branch to follow up on my enquiry I was told he was off and I was transferred to speak to Tshidiso he said that he is booking an appointment for me for that day to come out I waited and till today he has not called me as yet to 1st explain to me why did n't they come or even apologies for this horrific service I am getting!!

I want to know: Are you interested in buying my TV yes or no, I will be more than happy to approach other companies?
