No service at all

I buy at least 4 to 8 Lee and levi jeans at Edgars every 3 months for work. Because of the nature of my work, they don't last very long. I've been to Edgars and they didn't have any size 30 or 32 jeans in each of those brands. So I ordered 4x 30s and 4x 32 jeans 2 weeks ago, I have almost called them every day when the lady there come up with some excuse, they are still looking and then waiting for couriers. From a company of this size, that is absolutely unacceptable. How can a customer keep spending thousands there and recieve that kind of service?
