We bought a hair curler from Verimark 29/09/2013, the manager told us it would work on all hair, on using it the first time, it did not make curls. We took it back, after which the Manager Val said it was after 15 days, whoopy doo it was one day letter, but please take note, it isnt even stipulated on your receipt that you only have 15 days as to bring the item back, then her coloured assistant grabs the curler and starts doing her hair - what the, my question is how many items in the store do they "test" like this? and gets put back on the shelf? Secondly print your conditions on the slip, on asking the manager Val pulls out a little notice behind stock in her crammped up shop! Now they refuse to give me my money back and expects me to take a product that their manager VAL said would work and isnt working or loose R250??? I spoke to Customer Services on 0860005005 10 days ago and guess what - no response PLEASE AVOID VERIMARK as they dont even respect their own commitment to CPA which states that their staff would give you THE RIGHT INFORMATION - as truly my daughters hair cannot be curled by their curler tong!!!
