This is not the first time having a problem with Cammie (manager) I buy between R3000-R4000 a week of airtime for my little shop and the staff know me well and are very helpful until you get to the manager, the staff suggested i get a pep club card so I bought a sim card and dialed the number *130*737# as i was told, it did not activate so i went in and asked what is the problem, Cammie said to me i must phone the Pep line to get help so I asked her what is the number, her favorite line is I DONT KNOW, so she told me i must buy something to get the number off the slip and I did, I was then told on the phone that I cannot get the card working as i did not buy the sim from pep, well that was a big fight but anyway, so i went back and told my story to Cammie and told me to buy another sim card (which i do not think is right) but I did, I have now been using the pep card for a few weeks now and would like to check my points but I do not know how so I went in this morning to buy my airtime as usual and asked her how to check it, The normal story I dont know, can she not say to me I will find out for you? I told her I will not be supporting Pep again and she said you will be back- CROSS
