I have paid my wife's account twice by means of inter banking transactions. According to them it takes three days to receive confirmation of the receipt. Still, after two weeks they phone me regarding "outstanding payments" and send sms's to tell me that I will be listed as a slow payer. If their administrative system is inefficient, they must not "threaten" customers with that kind of response. I have paid the account on time as per every arrangement. After I have notified them (three times already! including during October) that I receive my income only on the seventh of each month they still sent me an sms on 23rd October to notify me of my so-called arrangement to make payment on the 2nd of November. Poor customer care! and even worse administrative efficiency!
