Listed on ITC as a slow payer without notice

I have been listed on. ITC as a slow payer without being given a 20 DAY NOTICE, the only thing I received was an sms and calls demanding payments in arrears which I made an arrangement but however due to finacial constraints had to make a 2nd arrangement which was when the consultant I spoke to Trevor told me that I was on ITC and should I not honour the arrangement my account will be handed over yet I am already listed without. Beibg notified. According to the NCA this is a breach! And I have always paid my account on time, I therefore want my name. To be taken off ITC. And will make the oustanding balance
