Manager with bad attitude

Due to the fact that Reggie's doesn't readily answered complaints I decided to post to Toys R Us.
I went to Reggie's The Glen to buy a Nania Car Seat with a Vitality voucher. I was told they had no stock and I asked what stores had stock and I was asked to talk to the Manager, Mdu. He, while he was on the phone, flippantly told me that they had no stock and absolutely no stores had stock. He did not check on any database, nor did he call any stores to check. He then said told me he wasn't even sure when they or any other branch would have stock. All while he was on the phone, not looking up from whatever he was doing.
I then drove all the way to Reggie's in Clearwater Mall and not only was there stock I was asked about my color preference.
I'm shocked at the attitude of not only a staff member but the manager, in front of other junior staff members. Reggie's/Toys R Us had built a very reputable brand and it is quite a disappointment to have to experience such bad treatment from your staff. I'm a first time parent and am likely to shop at your stores, but this first time experience has certainly let a bitter taste in my mouth about your brand.
