Showing toys that are not in stores

Currently dischem has a special about wheelbarrow toys on the 26th of october i went to three rivers and on the 2nd of november i went to vaal mall and on the 5th of november i went to festivall mall all the stores that i have been they said that the stock is not delivered, how is that possible all the three different stores they don't have the toys they are misleading the public why are they advertising the goods while they know it's out of stock.
