People sleeping and making fires in front of store

People are sleeping and making fires in front of the pick 'n pay area.
I feel that it is pick 'n pays responsibility to ensure a safe and healthy shopping environment.
The smoke is sometimes so thick that I have to cover my mouth, if I want to visit the store. This is a serious health issue. The people that are sleeping there are also littering, so it looks like a rubbish dump site. Once again this is a HEALTH issue.
The fires the people start are not safe, a couple of times I almost stepped onto the warm ash.
About 1 month ago a stabbing occurred there about 7:30 PM. At 7:30 many people still walk from the store to their homes.
Pick 'n Pay should ensure their clients health and safety when they want to visit the store.
