Ruined laundry from dry cleaner in Hillcrest centre

A while back I had a first encounter where my clothes were severely coloured because the clothes weren't separated. The damage amounted to R 700 to 800. The second encounter my clothes were burned to such an extent that it was almost unidentifiable. The damage amounted to R 200. The manager can't be reached, the staff are arrogant, non caring and think it's a joke. No compensation will be made according to the staff. Nothing will be done about the damage so this is just consumer advice.
