Evening ruined due to YDEstaff not doing their jo

I needed a white dress to attend a Gala Awards Evening at work and shopped for an entire weekend before I found the perfect dress at the YDE in Cresta. As I put the dress on at home that evening of the event I notived the one side of the dress hanging "heavier" than the other side and as I walk forward to the mirror I heard I weird clinking sound, to my horror the dress still had thesecurity tag on the inside my partner and I tried at all might to get the tag off as I couldn't wear it with the tag it was too obvious, as this was impossible to remove with out damagin the dress the entire side tore before the dress was released of the tag. THIS IS PATHETIC! I paid nearly R800 for the dress which I was completely in love with and now it is ruined because the sales staff at YDE are completely useless! By the time the tag was off my makeup and hair was completely ruined as I had been crying and getting hot and bothered. I'm so annoyed and angry, I have been such a loyal customer of YDE since the stores opened in SA .My entire evening was ruined and I am telling anyone that will listen about my horrible experience! I want a refund as the dress is completely ruined!!!
