Didn't receive my items!

A week ago I contacted the store after had been shopping, as when. Got home 2 tops and my connee rolls I had purchased was missing, they checked the footage and said it was given to me, they checked the clothing department nothing there! That's all fantastic and all! But what abut me I paid for these items and don't have them I called again on monday still haven't gotten and answer as to what they are going to do, I phoned on wednesday again spoke to another manager and today is friday still no has called me and solved this problem, its like what seems to me is no one really cares! Its not out problem... becareful this is how you loose customers!
