Pick 'n Pay advertised nappies for R30 per Jumbo Pack, but refuse to sell the stock to me stating that it's a mistake. From experience, big groups like Shoprite and Spar honour their mistakes - why can't Pick 'n Pay? No where on the advertisement does it stipulate E&OE - but they still refuse to sell the stock. (is that legally acceptable?)

Who is going to refund my time and petrol for driving out of my way to the store to purchase these items?
