Really disappointed in service

I visited Stuttafords in Eastgate recently looking for Elle Macpherson lingerie. I was buying a Bachelorette present for my best friend. I knew the name and colour of the set I was looking for and asked the ladies at the underwear counter for assistance. Saying they were rude is an understatement. The lady at the till sighed loudly when I asked for their help and I had to practically beg them to assist me and neither of them tried to hide their irritation at this simple request. I would expect the service in a store like that to be of a better standard.
