Been to the foshini at the chatsworth branch today only because I needed a new card!
Girl at the call center did mention 2 me that I WILL get a new card. Whilst on the line ZAMIRA goes 2 her manager and says that I will not get a card only because my Identity book is NOT VALID and yet just 1 week back I opened up another account using the same identity book. What the? She had no answers 2 my questions and each time I asked a question a new thing came up. Foshini as been giving me endless problems with regards 2 this issue. If 4 whatever DUMB reason zamira, I don't get another card I will not pay that freaken account. I don't care if I get blacklisted. You gave me a lot of attitude now its my turn.
