Good day!!!

This is really a very sad story.

On the 05 May 2013, I paid my RCS account at Foshini, shop 21, Kolonade, Cnr of Zambezi Drive & Van der Merwe Str. Pretoria.

I paid a R1 000 with my debit card and R1 000 with my Combi Gold Card. The transaction No: PP0009840039717. Captured by Jerry. The debit card was approved at 09:14 and the gold card at 09:15. Total tenderd was R2 000.

RCS send me letters that they going to take actions against me, because according to them I didn"t pay yet!! After enourmous faxes, complaints from hellopeter, petrol to Kolonade and backand with the original proof that I paid, telephone calls to Foshini, going there for scanning of original receipts, we are still very far from solving this problem. The manager of Foshini is on leave and the assistant manager cannot really help me!!! This is so sad!!!

In the meantime, I am going to be blacklisted because people can or are not prepare to help me??? What about the collection fees, interest and excpenses I have!!!
