After finding out about Carpet Connection from the Homemakers expo I went to them to order a carpet. I was promised to have it within 2 weeks. This did not happen. I had to repeatedly call in order to find out where my carpet was. Eventually I do receive it, but it's damaged.

Again, I had to call over and over again to find out about the repair. I was promised that it would be delivered on 3 separate occasions, all of which they didn't pitch.

In total this went on for 7 weeks. I demanded my money back and spoke to someone at the business. They blamed the factory and couldn't tell me why the communication was terrible and why they couldn't phone me to say that the delivery wouldn't happen.

I now have my money back and am glad to get rid of this company. Their service was shocking. I don't know how many hours I spent calling them and waiting for deliveries to be made. The best they could do was to blame someone else.
