The Hub
Kettlepurchased now faulty

We purchased an kett;e about 18 months ago - was a Sunbean electric kettle and now it is faulty and does not work.
I donot have the proof of purchase - sure you can check the system and find this but I would like to know if Hub will be able to sort this for me?
