Poor pathetic customer service

I had a problem with a NUk bottle. The markings were faded on two bottles. I was told by Nuk to take it to Baby City as they arranged with Shan for my bottles to be exchancged. When i went there she claimed she didnt know anything about it.she claimed she overheard Nuk speaking to Yogi not her. Then she says will sort out and takes the bottls away leaving me standing for quite a while unattended. Eventually i overhear her on the phone telling someone only one bottle is faded with the markings. Then she phoned someone else and said the same thing this upset me so i approached her and showed her that when you rub the markings it peeled away, she had the audacity to say me i scraped it then when she realised she was at fault cos i only rubbed it and it came off she doesnt even apologise but tries to justify her poor service and managment skills. I have supported your store for so many years and i now had my second child but i will never support not will I ever refer anyone family or friends to that store again.
