Poor Poor EXTREMELY Poor Service

My friend posted baby bottles on Thursday 4th of July with Uti Couriers from Nelspruit to me staying in Orkney, she marked it clearly EXPRESS as it is really urgent as I have a 2 week old baby who needs those specific bottles. I waited whole day Friday for the parcel to be delivered but nothing. I phoned the customer service the lady (who couldn't stay awake as she yawned the whole conversation through said she will log a query, after an hour a lady by the name of Lydia called me and said the parcel is in Rustenburg and will only be delivered on Monday, i asked to speak to a manager but to no avail they will phone me back, an hour later I phoned back and spoke to Lydia again and explain I need those bottles urgent, she said that she cant get hold of the managers. after an hour a manager phoned me and said there's nothing they can do about it but took responsibility and that he will phone me back AGAIN, but nothing its now Saturday and haven't heard anything back yet. next time I will definitely make use of the post office
