Pathetic Service -poor quality baby bottle

I am so disgusted with the service of NUK.I complained about the faded gradient markings on my babys bottles and the person mentioned tells me to send photos. If he didnt believe me he should have sent a rep out to me. He then tells me to go to baby city and a person called Shan will assist me. I only a half n hour break. The inconvenience and petrol was also another factor. I go to Baby City only to be treated like a criminal Shan doesnt know what i am there for then she claimed only one bottle was defective then when i show her the paint on the bottle is peeling she doesnt even apologise for trying to make me look like a fool instead she tries to justify herself. This is so pathetic to think how they treat loyal customers. Training is definatley needed when it comes to consumer issues with these companies. I will never supoort either place again and will ensure that all my family and friend follow suit.
