I was looking for a Nissan ride on car in red for my son's birthday. I was getting a bit worried as I couldn't find one - everyone seemed to be out of stock. I called Toy Kingdom in Tygervalley and spoke to Nancy. I explained what I was looking for and was told that she'd have to check on stock. I received a call back within 5 minutes and was told that she would have to order a car for me. I expected to wait a couple of days as was the norm at other stores... surprisingly I received a call the next day to say that a car I wanted in the colour I wanted had been ordered and had arrived and that I could collect. When I got to the shop the car was assembled and one of the store assistants tested it for me to ensure that everything was working. I would like to commend Nancy on the excellent service and the friendliness of staff who made it possible for me to get exactly what I wanted in a very short space of time. I will definitely continue to shop at Toy Kingdom Tygervalley due to the excellent service
