I went to look at specials and i wanted to buy a few items on sale. The sale was ending on that same day and the store had no stock, no idea of when they would have stock, not willing to phome and find out, so it wouldnt help ordering. Eventually when we were forced to take items that we didnt really want, because there was no stock of the items of our choice, they wanted to charge us a minimum of R500 extra on each of these items for some or other extended warranty that we didnt need or want, but had no choice. The sales woman said that it would be a lengthy process to remove those unnecessary extra costs from the system and too much hassle. SHe spoke to her manager which didnt even come out to explain but sent her with a message. Then she took about 45 minutes to make copies of our documents and left us sitting there, eventually when the mall closed and we could do no further shopping, she appeared and told us that their copy machine is out of ink, their scanner doesnot work and can we bring her the documents on a later day, after two hours wasted in the store and not a single sales person approaching us for help. We went to look for someone to assist us.
