Bad attitude

I shopped with a friend at the store in Sandton City. We experienced the service of one named Colle. Absolutely horrible. Dressed horribly, and bluntly asked us to go to another store because he did not have stock. Mind you, he did not check or double-check.

After asking him to get check the Eastgate store, he did so very reluctantly. While on the phone, this fool had the cheek to leave the phone and drift off elsewhere. Please note that "I", the "customer" picked up the handset and spoke to Charles on the other end of the line. He was amazed but also entertained. I have that skill.

So Charles said he would deliver the shirt without me even asking him. That's excellent service. It costs R949-99. I expect good service when I buy a shirt. It generally it's too much to ask considering service comes cheap.

I have a picture of Colle that I'm posting on the internet as employee of the month. On Friday we are going back to fetch his shirt. I am certain I will experience the same service.
