No present for my mom's 60th

I ordered my mom's gift from NWJ Cresta over 3 weeks ago which NWJ said was plenty of time... i still checked with them them that it would be here by my moms birthday... Of course it will be they said. I phoned on Sunday afternoon to find out whats happening... They said it should be delivered on the Monday, but NWJ will contact me. I phone late Monday afternoon cause no one has phoned me... of course it was not delivered so they were going to phone head office and they will phone me on the Tuesday... Surprise, no one phoned me I had to phone them on the Tuesday at 4.30 pm... There is no stock and no one bothered to phone me... Guess what, tomorrow is my moms 60th birthday and she only wanted one gift from me the one I ordered from NWJ... guess what... she's not getting a birthday present because NWJ did not deliver as they promised.
