On 1 October 2013 I purchased a CD via or on [URL Removed] They told me that the expected deliver date will be 11 October 2013. It then changed to 14 October without anyone phoning to let me know what's going on. On Friday 11 October I phoned Kalahari to find out what's going on and the lady that helped me said that she will have to phone the warehouse to find out what's going on. This morning I logged into my [URL Removed] account and under management orders it stated that the expected delivery will be today 14 October. At about 14:00 today I phoned Kalahari again to find out if my order was going to be delivered today and once again no one could tell me anything about my order. The lady again told me that she will have to phone the warehouse to find out what's going on. I logged into my Kalahari account now again and saw that the expected delivery date has AGAIN changed and has been moved to 17 October 2013. I think this is totally unacceptable and poor service from their side. No one communicates and lets me know what's going on with my order and even if I call them no can and is able to help or assist me...
