Dirty shop, disinterested staff - what a let down

Well - my house burned down 2 months ago so we decided to use @home as a nice place to buy all our new home stuff (duvets, cushions etc).

The store was a mess - the floor and every single items is covered in dust due to the upgrade in the centre. ALL the prices on your duvet and cushion section was on the floor and the cushions scattered all over the place. Not a single staff member showed up when we entered the store - I had to pull Pinky away from her PC to ask for assistance in telling me more about the range of duvets - all she could do was to tell us the prices - which was wrong by the way as those stated on the shelf was different to her scanner gun numbers. We could not converse with her at all, and I said to her how disappointed I was at the experience.

@home - What a disappointment in a brand that used to be an awesome lifestyle brand.
