Bad attitude from the manage

I recently went to Ackermans to laybye for my daughter and 2 -3 weeks later went to cancel the contract and the manager refused. A sales person assisted me.
I laid a complain on the customer service line and the lady who assisted me was to be blamed. She called and appologided and I accepted and told her I wasn't complaining about her.
I called the customer service number again to have this fixed and asked that the manager calls and apologise. I was told she will call in 48 hours. Days later another man calls and asked what happened and appologised and ensured me that the manager would call. Its been over a week and still haven't heard from her. My reference number for the complaint is: 223507
