At 11am on Tue, 22nd Jan 2013, the store was virtually empty and it took me over an hour to get processed. All I needed was to upgrade my new, unopened Kenwood baking appliance, of which I had the receipt, and pay the difference. This was totally beyond the staff including management! Aisle staff told me that they were sold out, customer services was unable to refund, as the item was purchased with a credit card, which I was not in possession of, as I received it as a gift. They refused to accept the card number or give a cash refund! Customer service and management were clueless, so I eventually suggested that I settle for the display sample. While looking for the packaging, they miraculously stumbled upon a number of sealed boxes with new stock! I received no apology for wasting my time and energy! As a result, I returned the upgraded appliance to Game in Greenacres, for a full cash refund, as I refuse to support a company who offers bad service and does not value its customers.
