I called Cresta CNA 21/10/13 to enquire if i can purchase an item telephonically or online and get someone to pick it up for me because i am at my last stage of pregnancy and it is really difficult for me to go to a busy mall, i was told that this is not possible therefore i requested for a genius camera R799 and memory card to be kept aside, i went to the store 22/10/13 as promised, i waited for 30mins and didn't get any assistance, during this 30mins Ian was on a private call and ignored me, i eventually had to leave because my legs was swelling up. I am really upset and disgusted because i really wanted these items and it was so difficult for me to even go to the store then i get no service at the store.
