My call is important yet you hang up 3 times on me

On Saturday, I bought All Bran Flakes, opened them today and found they tasted like soap, they even smell like soap. Called the help line at Kellogs, on hold for about 5 minutes each time, was hung up on all 3 times. Sent an email about 90 minutes ago, no acknowledgement. I then called the head office an hour ago and I was told that someone from customer care will call me. Still waiting and fuming.
