So Edgars responded to my Hello Peter complaint, but true to form apologised for the bad experience i had at Jet. I have never visited a Jet store in my life.
They did not even address my complaint. Edgars, you will continue to lose customers - and it is completely within your own control to prevent that, but you choose not to.
