No Feedback - No Refund - Customer Being Ignored

After initially complaining on this site about an ice cream maker that doesn't work, I received correspondence from Nozipho. She re-directed the complaint to Cher Olivier who contacted me on 08/10/2013 and offered an exchange. I explained that the product wasn't defective but just didn't do what it was supposed to. She said she would refund and arrange a courier to fetch the item. I requested that it be done before 12:00 as I work abnormal shifts and she said that it wasn't a problem. The courier arrived after 16:00 and said that he received no instruction regarding the "before 12:00" arrangement. That alone told me that they just don't care about customer service. I waited for the call or the refund that has not yet been paid. I escalated the matter to Nozipho on numerous occassions and she also sent e-mails to Cher and the manager named John. To date I have received no correspondence nor a refund. I'm just being ignored and now Homemark have the product and my money.
