I am very deceived by the company's behavior. I've placed an online order last month for a fridge and a stove. But since the verification process took too long, we've decided to cancel the transaction and to have a refund. I have spoken with the e-commerce manager, for more than a month for a simple refund but up until last week, NO FEEDBACK. Everyone were and are still trying to contact him for that case, even in his personal cellphone to tell him to call back, because he's the only one to see the file, but NOTHING! It wouldn't matter if there was a constant update on the situation, but i feel robbed because it's like if he's trying to evade my calls. Email messages, Voicemail messages... NO FEEDBACK! I know the phone number by heart now due to the number of times i've called.
If this is not resolved, and i don't have any constant feedback of anyone on that case, i will have no choice but to take this matter in court because i'm Canadian and i plan to go back to my country with my money refunded.
