BAD SERVICE AS USUAL

Opened account in jan 2012 for dvd player and recline-able couches. we received the couches. after a few months it started tearing loose.we reported it a few times, and threatened them to stop paying, and the one manager laughed. my husband switched bank accounts. in august this year 2013 they replaced the couches with another set, but the driver told my brother it is second hand. I logged a report on Beares website without any response. And the one seat has a tear in it. Now that we want to return it it is a big issue, i can not pay for something which im not happy with and which is SECOND HAND. And an R18 000.00 set is suppose to last a long time, not a few months. Very disgusted at this moment. If they do not collect this set I WILL THROW IT OUT ON THE PAVEMENT!!! And now i must take something else at the Same Value!! I already bought Beanbag couches especially made to my specs. Not even Bradlows Furniture is as BAD QUALITY as BEARES. i already spoke to a legal consultant.
