Interest overcharge on every Government Employee

Good day
i opened credit account with jet in diepsloot, i asked to pay my account on the 15th cause thats when i get paid, instead was told it is no possible rather i must pay higher instalment monthly to avoid interest charge, i did that monthly cause they say their latest date to pay is 7th of every month, but to my shock i get statements in my cellphones saying interest charge R32, 74 even if i paid higher amound as per their advice.it means every govenment officials on the payroll of 15th are being charged this hidden interestes, because the system recognise this account as being in arrears thats putting our credit profile at risk as if we are defaulting our accounts, what happened to the extra amount i paid, i spoke to different cashiers, managers, call centre, (website queris which is non functional cause they dont even respond) facebook but no one seems to get it right, at some stage i was told the 15th cannot be accomodated because it means our books will not be closed"i couldnt understand was this for collection period of installments"
may you kindly assis us in resolving this issue with EDCON and it means it happen to even its other subsidiary companies
