Shocking Customer service @ Game Trade Route Mall

On the 19th September I went to the Trade Route Mall Branch of Game. I enquired about the specials that were on the catalogue for the week, only to be told that they were sold out (after only a few hours of opening). I was told to come back on Sunday. I arrived back on Sunday and were told no stock has arrived but I could get a call back voucher (ref 315/130922/0336). They also promised to call me as soon as more stock arrived. Needless to say no call was received. I called the store every week for the past few weeks and even personally visited the store to enquire. Each time I was told that new stock would arrive in a few days time and I would be called to come and collect.

This is not the first time I have had this kind of pathetic service from Game Trade Route Mall. The staff there seem to be doing the customer a HUGE favour by attending to them. There Don't Care Attitude really destroys the Brand. To the Staff @ Trade Route Mall, PLEASE WAKE UP.
